Callanish Standing Stones and winter snowy sunrise - Glass Chopping Board

It doesn't snow that often on Lewis, so waking up to a snowy morning not long after the winter solstice a couple of years ago was a real treat! I went to Callanish Ill for sunrise, but couldn’t resist a quick run up to Callanish I on my way home. The light was just wonderful and the stones in snow just breath-taking.
